Been looking for a dental practice for quite some time, and through a recommendation, I was referred to Lakewood Dental. Since English isn’t my first language, I was worried that I might struggle to communicate or fully understand the treatment process.From the very first visit, all my concerns disappeared. The doctors were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and I never felt like the focus was just about money. Instead, the priority was genuinely my health and comfort.The level of care and the warm, welcoming atmosphere at this clinic are truly hard to beat. Friendly staff, professional service and reasonable prices.After a 2nd Dentist from another practice agreed that Lakewood were correct to advise a tooth removal, I had it removed. Lakewood have a Dentist;Alex that comes in on Mondays for specialist treatments. She was very professional and kind. It only took her just under 10mins to remove my stubborn molar. It was painless and the after care advice and service was excellent.Cost me £350;private booking. I would definitely recommend this Dental practice.

My partner and I had our general check-ups with Dr Neel Patel, and we were both incredibly impressed. Dr Patel was exceptionally thorough and attentive throughout the visit. I had a consultation for Invisalign back in 2024. Neel was great. He explained everything to me step by step and the equipment these days is amazing. I could see how my teeth were going to look at the end. That gave me the confidence to invest the money. There were a few payment plans offered which really helped me budget. It took just over a year and I finished off with some composite bonding. At no point did I feel I was being offered anything I didn’t need, just the opposite. I am so happy with the results. I have the confidence to smile now. I also lost a stone as the Invisalign stopped me picking. I couldn’t be happier. All the staff there are lovely.

I will be honest, I am quite anxious about going to dentist after I had a very bad experience in the past. For me is very important to trust the person in whom I put my whole mouth. With doctor Patel I had that trust feeling from the beginning. Absolutely world class care. My partner had chipped their teeth in a bad fall and we were quickly fitted in for an appointment with Dr Neel Patel. The whole process was so professional and well communicated with camera shots on the big screen to help us see all the steps as we go. I had a severe pain and sensitivity and was looking for a new dentist (wasn't quite happy with my current one) and luckily I found Lakewood. I went there and was greeted warmly by Neel. I did check my teeth thoroughly and explained to me simply the issue and the plan accordingly to my situation and affordability. The click is quite modern and comfy and I felt very relax. I did get my urgent treatment done and I'm quite happy with the outcome.I highly recommend the Lakewood for those looking fora five stars dentist specially they have a finance plan which helps spread out the cost and if done within one year, not interest so, it was great option getting my treatment while not feeling the burden of a lump sum amount which I couldn't afford.

Honestly, 5 starts dont seem enough for Neel "The Doc" and his team. The level of professionalism, care and advice they offer to their patients is second to none. If you suffer from dentophobia like I do I strongly recommend these guys. They are excellent at putting your mind at ease and making you fell comfortable by explaining eveything in full without judgement. I am a new patient with Lakewood Dental and within the last couple of visits they have definitely changed my perceptions and i would not hesitate to go back when needed. They really do look after their patients.

A fantastic experience at Lakewood Dental. The front of house team are professional and experienced, and the dental team are extremely knowledgeable, skilled and committed to maintaining healthy teeth. I had a root canal and filling fitting here, and have been really impressed with the level of care, ranging from the indepth analysis of my xrays, explainations of the process and even a TV on the ceiling showing non-stop episodes of Friends to while away the hours. Would 100% recommend.

I spoke with Joanna at Lakewood Dental regarding implant consultation which I am reasonably nervous about, she managed to be very informative putting my mind at rest explaining the procedure thourghly and the steps involved.I am now confident I will be going ahead and lookiing forward to meeting the team as my experience was second to none and from the call I can tell this is a very professional surgery with experienced staff. To anybody considering this procedure it is worth the consultation as when it is explained it will make you consider going ahead!

All of the staff at this dental practice are friendly and helpful. I have terrible teeth and was frightened of going to the dentist, regularly having teeth pulled and not being offered other options. My Dentist Nadia has instilled my faith in dentist, offering other solutions to save the teeth I have and no longer fearing having more teeth extracted. Nadia is kind and explains everything that is going to happen during the process. I now have a smile that I am proud of and can not thank them all, enough.

Extremely please with Lakewood Dental, I was a patient with the previous Dentist for many years, obviously a bit hesitant when it was taken over, as a very nervous patient.But on my first appointment with Dr Need Patel, he made me feel very at ease, listen to what I had to say, assured me about my nerves, I’ve been to see him now three or four times, & very happy each time with my outcome, in a short space of time Dr Need as helped me with my fears & given me confidence..The whole surgery’s is being refurbished, which it really needed.I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone, from a very happy patient..

Great, thorough clean both times and also gave me tips on cleaning. I had the most pleasurable experience having a filling done, I was made to feel so comfortable by Nadia. I had headphones and a tv to take my mind of off what was being done. I cannot recommend enough. Also, My son has started the process of having Invisalign, and the work that has gone into this process in just one visit is amazing. He cannot wait to have them.Lastly, Cleo the hygienist has been so amazing and patient, I have never been to a hygienist before so my teeth were not as clean as I originally thought, but they certainly are now, after just one visit with her, I now have minimal bleeding from my gums. Where as before it was A LOT every-time I brushed.Thank you all of you, weirdly I look forward to coming back to the dentist.

What a amazing experience, I couldn't be happier!I was recommended to Dr. Nadia by my daughter who had a good experience. I had a broken front tooth which was causing me pain and stopping me from smiling. Nadia stopped the pain and rebuild my tooth with a crown and it looks better than it did before. She got this done for me all before Christmas. I have my confidence back and feel I can enjoy Christmas with my grandchildren. The reception team were lovely and the practice is so modern. I will be recommending Lakewood Dental to all family in Sutton, Wallington and Beddington.

Wow, This is how to do dentistry!Managed to get booked in with Neel the same day due to a cancellation. He was so professional, gentle and extremely informative. He took the time to explain every procedure, and I love that they use modern technology and equipment, allowing everything to be explained clearly on a screen.I've had a badly done filling for around 10 years that I have just put up with, but as Neel specialises in restorative dentistry, he fixed it perfectly, and now I don't have to carry around floss with me everywhere I go!I watched Netflix throughout the procedure, and before I knew it, it was over. Pain free and very relaxed.Also had a full scale and polish with the hygienist who again was so gentle and professional.You have a great team, and I'm so happy that I made the switch to this dentist that my wife has done the same.Thanks again guys, and will see you in 6 months!

I’ve always been so scared to go to the dentist all my life. I can happily say that has finally changed! Dr. Nadia was so kind, gentle and thorough at my check up and even did a filling for me and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I had a root canal routine and rebuild of a molar tooth. The process was done over two sessions and was timely and professionally done. The key thing for me was the advice beforehand on options available to me and the respective pros and cons. I have been a patient of the practice since I was a child. I recently saw Dr Neel for a checkup and was so impressed by his approach and communication style. The appearance of my teeth have bothered me for years but the old dentist didn’t offer cosmetic dentistry. We went through all my options with my budget. I selected ultra thin porcelain veneers and have just had them fitted and they look incredible. I have a new sense of confidence I could never have imagined. I’ve been a patient of the old practice for 30 years and was with the old dentist.I saw Neel for a checkup for the first time and I was blown away by his modern, informative approach.He went into detail about my X-rays and showed me pictures of my teeth I have never seen before. I had a white filling done by him and it was painless! He has a high attention to detail and you can really see he’s passionate about what he does. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

I JUST FELL ASLEEP!Dr Neel Patel has been doing my dentistry for the past 6 months approximately; He is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Dr Patel is amazing at what he does and the level of comfort I feel when in his practice is absolutely incredible, as I have just came out of my appointment not even an hour ago, I'm still with no pain and I even feel asleep in his chair!I recommend every person I speak with to come here as he is truly kind, understanding and a brilliant dentist.All his staff there are really friendly and helpful. Will always recommend!

I like most people have a fear of the dentists and unfortunately I have left it for way to long to deal with issues with my teeth.I found myself in a position where I needed to go to the dentist so I booked a appointment with my my previous dentist only to find he had retired and the practice had been taken over buy a gentleman called Neel. I can honestly say I felt at ease from the very beginning he has carried out a number of procedures extremely well where no pain what so ever was involved.If you are nervous about the dentist I highly recommend using Neel his is absolutely superb he has conquered my fears.Ian Brain

I’ve had an excellent service at this dental surgery. The staff are friendly, helpful and flexible. I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day when needed recently. Dr Patel made me feel at ease and was able to provide a solution which was clearly explained. He was very thorough in all aspects of my experience from the consultation through to the after care. I’ve been very impressed by the results of the treatment.

The Lakewood Dental Surgery staff are very polite and welcoming. Dr Neel Patel was very informative about my teeth and gave great advice on how I can improve the care of them. The surgery also sends out a confirmation email a couple of days before and calls the day before the appointment for as a reminder, which is good.

The new dentist is the first dentist, in my nearly 60 years, that I feel comfortable seeing.Being on the autistic spectrum, I find having people close to me difficult.The dentist explained clearly everything he was going to do, and made me feel calm.The dental nurse, and receptionist were nice as well.I had 4 appointments, to get the work done, and have made a reminder to go back in 6 months.I would recommend this dental practice.
